A project to trace the stolen bikes is launched : it is called Savemybike and is a device that integrates the tracing of stolen private bikes. On the bikes of about 1000 citizens will be installed for free a system that allows the identification of their bike by the authorities and the subsequent communication of the discovery of stolen bikes. On the project site, , there is a questionnaire for the citizens of Livorno (residents, domiciliate or commuters) interested, with which you can book the installation of the sensors leaving their own address and provide their preferences related to awards.

The project will then be completed with the open-source Good_Goplatform , which, under a social game, allows you to record your bike, report the theft, track transport modes and routes of registered citizens, rewarding sustainable behavior with offers of various types , all respecting individual privacy. Savemybike is a project co-funded by the Tuscany Region within the Regional Operational Program (POR) of the European Regional Development Fund. The project partners are: Tages sc (leader), Geosolutions sas, NewGoo srl, Department of Information Engineering of the University of Pisa and the Logistic University Center of Livorno of the University of Pisa.
