Fir 2021 Scott is running with bikes at three price points, all using the same Mahle Class 1 rear-hub motor.
WHAT SCOTT HAS TO OFFER
Thanks to the integrated downtube battery, other than the small on/off button located on the top tube, the Addict e-Ride’s profile fits that of any non-assist road bike. The Addict e-Ride top line model is the Premium and sells for $9299.
The Addict e-Ride’s frame gives you the ability to double your battery’s range by adding an additional 208Wh battery. The Range Booster comes as an accessory and looks like a water bottle. The system automatically adapts to having two power sources.
Scott’s three model line-up of Addict e-Ride bikes starts with the 20 model priced at $4499. The next up is the e-Ride 10 that sells for $6299.
The Scott hides it’s motor assist well by running the popular Class 1 Mahle rear hub motor which cuts-off assist at just under 20 mph.
All of the cables & hoses are run internally through the one-piece Syncros Creston handlebar/stem combo.
